Therapeutic massage is tailored to your individual needs, whether you're looking for relaxation, relief from muscle tension and pain, or focused work on specific areas. Each session may incorporate a combination of techniques based on what your body needs that day.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a specialized technique that uses gentle, rhythmic movements to encourage lymphatic flow and help reduce swelling. I currently offer MLD for swelling associated with surgery or injury, including injuries from auto accidents.
-
Ortho-Bionomy® uses gentle, comfortable positioning and movement to help reduce muscle tension and improve ease of movement. Rather than forcing change, the work follows the body's natural patterns and can be especially helpful for areas that are painful or sensitive.
-
Pregnancy massage is tailored to the changing needs of your body throughout pregnancy. A specially designed pregnancy cushion allows you to lie comfortably face-down while receiving massage, with positioning adjusted as needed for your comfort.
-
Warm Himalayan salt stones are incorporated into the massage to help relax muscles and ease tension. The soothing warmth of the stones can be especially comforting for tight, tired muscles while adding a deeply relaxing element to the session.
-
Focused massage for areas of persistent muscle tension and tightness. Pressure is adjusted to your comfort and goals throughout the session.
-
Kinesio taping may be incorporated into a massage session at no extra charge. Please let me know before your appointment so I can allow time to apply it within your scheduled session.
-
Myofunctional therapy uses individualized exercises to improve the strength, coordination, and function of the muscles of the mouth, tongue, face, and throat.

A salt scrub may be added to any massage for $10. Choose either the back or feet. This is an add-on only and does not add time to your appointment.
